Government sector

The challenges in the government sector are often compounded by a complex service offering that is atypical in that it does not follow a standard line of business model. Often bespoke CRM type systems and a complex relationship with vendors and systems integrators providing support and continuous improvement means that data governance and analytic capabilities are inconsistent across systems and parts of government organisations.

Managing Partner Chris Kwouk recently produced a full data strategy and detailed design for a data platform at a government regulator across complex financial and actuarial systems. This enabled them to co-ordinate work across a number of initiatives including data, CRM implementation and significant business transformation.
