Kellerton have worked with a large London social housing provider to develop a fully automated KPI solution to produce performance information packs for their internal board and external resident panels. The system includes:

- KPI analysis and reconciliation reports
- Collection of commentary and actions
- Ability to make controlled data corrections
The performance team have a set of fully customisable configuration screens in Microsoft PowerApps and Sharepoint for Office 365 that allow anyone in the team to set-up any KPI based on data in their data warehouse or manual information sets. Fully customisable template reports in SAP BusinessObjects then produce the packs. The solution also helps to manage over 500 performance indicators, ensuring consistent definitions and strong ownership.
