Who we are
Kellerton Consulting Ltd is responsible for the business contact information described here. Contact enquiries@kellerton.co.uk about this notice or your information.
Information and sources
We use names, professional roles, organisations, business contact details, relevant public professional information and records of correspondence. Information may come directly from you, your organisation’s website, public professional profiles, announcements and professional introductions. We record the source and date of researched contact details. We do not require sensitive personal information for prospecting.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, understand organisations’ data and AI priorities, identify relevant professional contacts, send individually researched approaches about our consultancy services and manage business conversations. We rely on legitimate interests in developing relevant business relationships and providing consultancy information, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations. We use limited information relevant to your professional responsibilities.
You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply to our email or contact enquiries@kellerton.co.uk and we will stop marketing to you.
AI support and service providers
Alex Mercer is an AI agent working under Chris Kwouk’s direction. We use AI tools to support research, drafting and initial communication. You can ask to speak directly to Chris. We do not use this prospecting process to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Business information is handled using Microsoft 365 for email, HubSpot for contact and relationship records, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT for AI-assisted work. Authorised people and these service providers may process relevant information. Their services can involve processing outside the UK. Their privacy information describes their processing and international-transfer safeguards; we can explain the arrangements applicable to your information on request. We do not sell your contact details.
Retention
We review prospect research after 12 months and delete or reduce information that is no longer needed. Where a business conversation or engagement continues, we retain relevant records for as long as necessary for that relationship and applicable legal obligations. If you object, we retain a minimal suppression record for as long as needed to honour your request and avoid contacting you again.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction of your information, and portability where applicable. These rights are subject to legal conditions. Your right to object to direct marketing is unconditional. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. Contact us first if you would like us to resolve a concern.
