Making reports easier to find and understand
A reporting portal brought together reports that had been spread across business intelligence tools, spreadsheets and the intranet.
The problem
Finding a report was difficult. Understanding its definitions, filters and purpose was another challenge, even when people knew where to look.
What we did
Kellerton designed and built a reporting portal with the university’s team. Users could search or browse the collection, see descriptions and related reports, and find the definitions behind the information. Workshops and mock-ups helped shape the design.

- A working portal spanning several sources of reports
- Search, browsing and recently used reports
- Report descriptions and a connected glossary
